Call Out [16]: The Team was tasked by Devon & Cornwall Police to assist with an ongoing multi-agency search for a high-risk missing person in North Devon alongside colleagues from Ilfracombe Coastguard Search and Rescue and RNLI Ilfracombe. Due to limited Team Member availability, mutual aid was requested from North Dartmoor Search and Rescue Team.
Call Out [17]: The Team was re-tasked alongside Ilfracombe Coastguard Search and Rescue to continue the high-risk missing person search which was suspended the previous night whilst Police investigations were ongoing.
Call Out [19]: Devon & Cornwall Police redeployed Exmoor Search & Rescue Team alongside #NPAS to continue the high-risk missing person search in North Devon following ongoing Police investigations.
The Team deployed 16 Team Members alongside friends and colleagues from Mountain Rescue Search Dogs England. Dog Handler Nick and Search Dog Lottie from Exmoor Search & Rescue Team were supported by Dog Handler Catherine and Search Dog Jack from North Dartmoor Search and Rescue Team and Dog Handler Catherine and Search Dog Copper from Dartmoor Search and Rescue Team – Tavistock.
Unfortunately, the search remains inconclusive and Police investigations are continuing.
