Exmoor Search & Rescue Team were deployed to Exmoor National Park by Devon & Cornwall Police to assist South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust and Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance with the evacuation of an injured off-road motorcyclist.
As Team Members were arriving on scene, HeliMed 10 (better known as Peggy!) had landed and the Crew were able to access the casualty. Team Members were available to help with the carry-out to HeliMed 10, for onward transfer to hospital. We wish the casualty a speedy recovery!
