Callout 23: The Team were tasked by Devon & Cornwall Police to assist with an ongoing multi-agency search for high-risk missing person. 13 Team Members alongside colleagues from North Dartmoor Search and Rescue Team deployed to mid-Devon, supported by Search Dog Angus and Handler Jenny from Mountain Rescue Search Dogs England, and Search Dog Griff and Handler Rory from SARDA-South Wales.
Search Teams were deployed alongside USAR Teams until 21:30hrs when the Teams were stood down and Police investigations continued.
Callout 24: The Team were re-tasked to continue the ongoing multi-agency search efforts for the high-risk missing person in mid-Devon. Alongside colleagues from Dartmoor Search and Rescue Team – Tavistock, Search Dog Angus and Handler Jenny. Late in the afternoon, Search Dog Angus indicated a find but was unable to relocate the missing person. It’s believed the missing person was on the move and very shortly afterwards, caught the attention of the USAR Fire Personnel nearby.
We are very pleased that they were found alive, especially after being out overnight, and now able to obtain the care they need, well done to 
Search Dog Angus and Jenny.
